Job summary

Concentra in Bradenton, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. You will deliver high-quality rehab services to injured and ill patients within our center and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include evaluating musculoskeletal issues, planning and implementing treatment programs, documenting care, educating patients on exercises, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Masters preferred in Physical Therapy
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred
• HIPAA/PHI compliance and patient confidentiality expectations
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
• Orientation and required training completion during onboarding
• Ability to document patient care thoroughly and accurately
• Strong communication with patients, physicians and staff

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care across evaluated conditions
• Evaluate muscle, joint, neurological and other physical problems
• Plan, implement, and modify physical therapy treatment programs
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Educate patients on exercises and safe movement
• Work with physicians to ensure comprehensive care
