Job summary

Bellevue Hospital in Bellevue, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients under the supervision of the TBH Rehab Supervisor. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and deliver skilled therapies to restore function and independence.

The position requires a state license, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical experience. FIM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an APTA-accredited program or equivalent.
• Licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Two years of clinical experience with a varied patient population.
• Current CPR certification.
• FIM Certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license and be insurable under Firelands' auto policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Direct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education and gait training.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document results in the clinical record.
• Develop and update a plan of care with measurable outcomes.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and re-assess patient status at each visit.
• Coordinate patient care with the clinical team and participate in care conferences.
