Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify functional limitations and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and modalities.
• Guide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
