LifeSpan Therapy Paoli is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support residents at Paoli Health & Living. You will assess mobility, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, educating residents and families, and providing compassionate care across shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with ACOTE-accredited degree.
• Current Indiana state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Valid Indiana Operator's license.
• Experience in resident care and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' PT needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapies and coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team for seamless care.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes according to regulations.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, prevention, and lifestyle changes.
• Travel to other locations as needed to provide coverage.
