Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school or equivalent for foreign-trained.
• Ability to complete evaluations and patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to care plan.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and records.
• Follow established policies related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete required orientations and trainings successfully.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
