Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across facilities, with collaboration from the Director of Rehab and clinical mentors.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to optimize patient outcomes.
