Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join the Lower East Side clinic. New graduates are welcome to apply and contribute to patient care with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.

Therapists will set clear progress expectations, deliver treatments as promised, and provide Home Exercise Programs and supporting materials, while upholding Spear’s collaborative, community-focused culture and 5-star service standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in New York State.
• DPT or equivalent degree (MS/Bachelor of PT acceptable).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress.
• Execute treatments as prescribed and deliver high-quality care.
• Provide Home Exercise Programs and relevant documentation.
• Maintain 5-star customer service and clinical excellence.
