Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field with a PT Bachelor's.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Licensing outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and mobility.
