Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Foreign-educated PT degrees must be evaluated as U.S. equivalents.
Responsibilities
