Job summary

Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Brick, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedics setting. You will develop and progress individualized treatment plans and provide patient education to support discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an APTA-accredited program with NJ licensure, with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; entry level considered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Prior outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Progresses treatment plans and educates patients and caregivers for discharge.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and communicates with rehab team members.
• Supports professional growth and department performance improvement.
• Assists with program delivery and therapy service design as needed.
