The Jackson Clinics, a nationally recognized orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy group in Northern Virginia, seeks a dedicated physical therapist. You’ll join an owner-operated outpatient practice with a patient-centered Complete Care Initiative and strong mentorship.

We offer a two-week onboarding, 17+ in-house CE courses annually, and competitive pay between $85,000 and $110,000 depending on experience. Join us to grow clinically and professionally in a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.
• A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to professional development, collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes.
