The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication and leadership skills. You'll work under state regulations and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
