Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Dayton, OH seeks a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services, including assessment, planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting with Vienna Springs Health Campus and Stoney Ridge locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure/Certifications: Current valid PT licensure or certification is required; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment plans in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
