Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
