Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold NY license.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants is preferred.
• Proficient in documentation, evaluations, progress notes, recertification and discharge summaries.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer treatment programs under physician direction.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
