Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one outpatient PT sessions in orthopedic rehab.
• Support post-surgical rehab, balance and strength training programs.
• Document progress accurately and maintain compliant records.
• Engage in community wellness, patient education, and outreach.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, techs, and staff to optimize outcomes.

About the role

Position Type:Full-Time (flexible PRN and Part-Time schedules also available)

What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
