Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM to recruit a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist. This full-time position focuses on helping patients regain mobility and independence in a patient-centered environment.

You'll assess and develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercises. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams is expected to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification
• 1–2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Help patients restore mobility and function through personalized, evidence-based care and pain management
• Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Review referrals and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards
• Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Do

• Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Review referrals and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification
• 1–2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
