Job summary

Adventist Health Tillamook seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and conduct treatment programs, restoring physical, social and mental function. You will work as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care with physicians and allied staff.

Requirements include a DPT (or foreign equivalent), state license, and CPR/BLS certification. Two years of PT experience is preferred, with vaccination compliance as required by policy.

Job Requirements
