Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality inpatient care focused on patient rehabilitation and progress in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans; building relationships with patients; and delivering direct inpatient PT while addressing patient concerns to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as per state regulations is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable.
