Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care throughout Santa Rosa, CA.
• Collaborate with team in clinics and participate in in-person case conferences.

• Ideal candidate will be a t eam player with strong communication skills. High adaptability, problem-solving, and willingness to help beyond regular duties required.
