Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role in Great Bend, KS. You'll work with an orthopedic-heavy caseload in a small, collaborative clinic with two PTAs and one PT.

The position offers a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00) with 4x10 options, mentorship, and relocation support if needed, plus a 401(k), medical insurance, and CE allowances. PTO starts at 10 days and grows up to 25 days over seven years.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program and Kansas state license.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, neuro exposure a plus.
• Ability to manage a 10–12 patient daily caseload.
• Daytime schedule with Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 4x10 options.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to an orthopedic-focused caseload.
• Collaborate with 2 PTAs and 1 PT in a supportive team.
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing training programs.
• Utilize Prompt EMR and maintain accurate charting.

Job description

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active - whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Kansas state license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Candidates with recent graduate status or limited experience will be considered.
• Experience or comfort working with a predominantly orthopedic caseload and occasional neuro cases.
• Familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with Prompt EMR is preferred.
• Ability to work a daytime schedule. Typical schedule is Monday-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Flex options such as 4x10 are available.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day.
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and training programs. Relocation candidates are welcome and may be eligible for a relocation bonus.
