Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role at two facilities in the Oklahoma area. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, whether recovering from an injury or managing chronic conditions.

The position requires an active Oklahoma PT license and may include relocation support and a sign-on bonus. Prior SNF/long-term care experience is preferred, with caseload mustering across two sites to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited PT degree (BPT/MS-PT/DPT).
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to build caseload across two facilities with ~28–30 hrs at one and 8–10 hrs at the other.
• Credentialed as PT or PTA depending on role applied for.

Responsibilities

• Help patients move better and stay active through targeted physical therapy.
• Provide patient-focused therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with facility teams to meet productivity and quality goals.

Job description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience: not open to new graduates. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care required.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR preferred.
• Proven ability to meet productivity expectations: for PT candidates, ability to achieve at least 85% productivity; for PTA candidates, ability to achieve at least 90% productivity.
• Willingness to build caseload across two facilities with anticipated weekly hours targeting approximately 28–30 hours at one facility and 8–10 hours at the other.
• Open to candidates credentialed as PT or PTA depending on role applied for.
