Alumus Healthcare in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide and direct therapy services, assess patients, plan and implement treatment, and document progress under physician orders. The role emphasizes patient-centered care in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
• Providing guidance and direction to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA's).
• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress.
• Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
