Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic role in Marina del Rey, CA. You will evaluate patients, design plans of care, and collaborate with a PTA and aide to support clinic goals.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree from an accredited program, is licensed in California, and has experience in outpatient orthopedics. BLS may be required; familiarity with WebPT EMR and AI documentation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist License required to start.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
• Experience treating orthopedics, TMJ, and vestibular conditions a plus.
• Ability to manage a 1:1 caseload with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Experience using WebPT or similar EMR systems preferred. Familiarity with AI documentation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with one PTA and aide support, and willingness to contribute to improving clinic culture.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
