Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Mantua Township, NJ.

You will evaluate and treat patients in skilled nursing facilities, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve excellent outcomes.

We offer pay of $44–$54 per hour, up to a $5,000 bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
