Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time traveler role in New Jersey. The position offers competitive pay and a supportive environment focused on high-quality rehabilitation and professional growth.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients in SNF settings, creating care plans, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining compliant documentation across multiple facilities. Travel is required; state license is mandatory.

Formación

• APTA-accredited Physical Therapy degree (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least one year SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.
