Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a welcoming skilled nursing and long-term residential rehabilitation facility in Fayetteville, NC. The role offers FT, part-time and PRN opportunities in a warm, home-like environment focused on patient-centered care.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver skilled PT services, document promptly, and educate patients and caregivers on functional outcomes. Licensure in-state is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, if applicable.
• Licensed in the practicing state or eligible to license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in a SNF setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote functional outcomes.
