Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time work at our Newton, NJ facility. This role offers a supportive culture, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional growth within a long-standing therapy network.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, collaborate with a skilled team, and ensure regulatory documentation is complete and accurate. APTA-accredited PT education and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline.
• Possess the ability to assume rehab supervisor responsibilities in absence of the supervisor.
