Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
