Blue Stone Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes evaluation and treatment of mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments, with collaborative teamwork and strong documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Must hold a state license as a Physical Therapist.

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
