Job summary

Interface Rehab Inc. in Live Oak, CA invites experienced Physical Therapists to join our team at River Valley Care Center.

As a PT, you will work across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics, delivering personalized therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and families to maximize recovery and long-term wellness. A CA PT license is required, full-time scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable Physical Therapist license in California.
• Experience in post-acute care settings is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and care teams.

What You’ll Need

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($57.00 to $65.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry.
