Our Flower Mound clinic, located about 25 miles northwest of Dallas, is an outpatient facility providing personalized physical therapy for patients of all ages. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, post‑operative care, injury recovery, and sports medicine. This is an excellent clinic for mentorship and community involvement, led by Clinic Director Sami Shahzad, a board‑certified Sports Specialist with certifications in Dry Needling, Sports Manual Therapy, Emergency Medical Response, Running Gait Analysis, and more. Our team also includes Nikita, a highly skilled clinician with advanced training in spinal and peripheral manipulation, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, and diagnostic ultrasound.
