Qualifications

• Requires one year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies.
• Must hold an Arkansas State license and CPR certification (can be obtained post-hire).
• Occupational Therapist: OTR or registry eligible with a BS or MS from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Physical Therapist: AR licensure through the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Speech-Language Pathologist: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Recreation Therapist: B.A. in Recreation or related field.
