Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company providing Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services. We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Floater to cover Central Suffolk of Long Island.

Your clinic location will vary based on needs, and you will provide care across all clinics in the region. The ideal candidate will assess strengths and weaknesses and create effective treatment plans with strong support staff

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York or eligible.
• Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Instructs family members and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED & CPR.

Metro is currently looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking FULL TIME Physical Therapist to join our teamas a floater providing coverage throughout Central Suffolk of Long Island.In this full-time role, your clinic location will vary based on clinic needs and schedule demands—you'll provide care acrossall of our clinicsin the region.

The ideal candidate excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative yet effective treatment plans. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000- $110,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
