Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. We hire full-time, part-time, and PRN clinicians, including new grads, with competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path to professional growth that flexes with your career.

The role will float to outpatient clinics on the north side of Charlotte: Concord, Prosperity Village, Huntersville, Mooresville, Davidson, Mount Holly, Denver, and Gastonia.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
