Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Float Physical Therapist to provide coverage across the Kansas City metro area, including travel between clinics. The role requires outpatient experience and active PT licensure, with a sign-on bonus and optional debt relief benefits.

Mileage reimbursement is provided to support mobility within the market. The position supports a flexible schedule within a Monday–Friday framework, with travel between clinics and a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• Two years of outpatient experience is required.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the practice state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Float)

Location: 3215 Main St, Suite 202, Kansas City, MO 64111 (Float throughout the Kansas City market)

Schedule: Monday-Friday with hours between 7am-6pm

Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 depending on experience

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief!

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
