Results Physiotherapy (Ascension - Saint Thomas), part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring a Float Physical Therapist to support outpatient orthopedic care across our Tullahoma and Manchester clinics. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options, with competitive pay and a clear path for professional growth.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage, treating across clinics in Tullahoma & Manchester.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
