Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Paterson, NJ (07514). Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care, with competitive compensation of $46.00–$55.00 per hour.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain compliant documentation to meet regulatory requirements. APTA-accredited degree and current state license are required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
