Job summary

Adoration Health in Wilson, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized one-on-one care in a senior living setting. You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a PT degree, active license, CPR certification, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification (current).
• Two-step TB skin test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
