Job summary

Santè in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide and direct Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with physicians.

New graduates are welcome. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, CPR certification, and SNF experience preferred. We offer a flexible schedule and an employee referral bonus.

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist through the State Board.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
• One year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
• Providing guidance and direction to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA's).
• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress.
• Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises.
