Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our ViBE team in Overland Park, Kansas. Under the Visit-Based-Earnings model, you control your caseload while we provide the tools to succeed. Pay ranges from $60 to $65 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Options include part-time and weekday/evening slots. You’ll work 10–40 visits per week with 1:1 or 2:1 care, supported by streamlined documentation and onboarding. Eligible for employee discounts, perks and benefits.
