Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Boise clinic on a full-time basis. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You’ll lead personalized therapy plans, document progress, and educate patients and families. Enjoy a supportive environment focused on patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
