Centennial Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise is valued.

You will create personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with our care team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care; educate residents and families throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Alaska.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress.
