Job summary
Brio Living Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for Huron Valley PACE in Monroe, MI. This exempt, full-time position offers a competitive compensation range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year and a schedule of 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
In this role you will assess strength, balance, and mobility to create personalized treatment plans, lead group exercise programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care for participants with complex
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- At least 2 years of PT experience
- Experience in outpatient, home health, or PACE setting preferred
- CPR certification required
- EMR experience and driving a need for mobility
Responsibilities
- Assess strength, balance, and mobility to develop personalized treatment plans
- Lead group exercise programs and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
- Document treatments in EMR and manage care plans
- Assist with discharge planning and transportation considerations
