Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Poughkeepsie, NY. You will provide comprehensive therapy services, working with a collaborative rehab team to help residents regain independence.

The role requires a current PT license (or eligibility) in New York, strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), and attention to detail in documentation. We offer generous PTO and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
