Job summary

You will educate residents and caregivers, document progress, and help maintain high standards of care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. A MS in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification are preferred, with opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interpret medical information.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient with common software (Word, Excel) for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document residents' evaluations per facility policies.
• Provide treatment to maximize residents' function.
• Educate residents and caregivers to maintain or improve function.
• Maintain timely progress notes and care plans; participate in care conferences.
• Ensure safety and observe infection control and facility policies.
