Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized outpatient PT care. You will diagnose and treat patients to improve mobility, balance, strength, and function, while creating tailored treatment plans and educating patients for home exercise and long-term self-care.

Applicants should be licensed in PA or eligible, with outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in PA.
• New Graduates eligible with relocation assistance.
• Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab preferred.
• Ability to design and progress treatment plans in balance/vestibular settings.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently within a team.
• Passion for balance, vestibular, neuro or orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and establish baseline diagnosis.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions (balance, vestibular, ortho, neuro).
• Track progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term care.
• Communicate with other providers for coordinated care.
