Tender Touch Rehab Services in Holmdel, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care team. Compensation ranges $45.00-$55.00 per hour and we offer competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, and extensive clinical education.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments.
