Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist - FT for a skilled nursing/long‑term care setting in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply.

Compensation $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/year and comprehensive benefits are offered. You'll evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments, craft personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and

Qualifications

Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
Create and implement personalized care plans.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
