Overview:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a primary focus on orthopedic and work-related injuries.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

Treat primarily non-post-operative orthopedic conditions, ergonomics-related injuries, and occupational musculoskeletal disorders.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Participate in injury prevention initiatives, employee wellness programs, and ergonomic education as needed.

Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records (preferred).

Opportunity for assignment extension based on clinic needs and performance.

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia.

Outpatient physical therapy experience is required.

Experience treating orthopedic and work-related injuries is strongly preferred.

EPIC experience is preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and patient education skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities with a patient-centered approach.
